The culmination of a short and moderately in depth study into Japanese joinery, this sliding barn door utilizes modified eriwa kone hozosashi and jaguchi hozosashi joints, and Greene and Greene lines and style accents to create a modern and unique sliding barn door for a pantry. This build was extremely intense, taking nearly three months of on and off work. The barn door itself is approximately 150 lbs and slides along a track that utilizes hardware that features the door more so than the hardware itself.
